sex, intimacy & relationship therapy
Modern sexuality can be tricky.
Sexuality is an important aspect of human life, and sexual issues can have significant emotional and relational consequences.
There is very little sex education, and yet we expect ourselves to know everything and perform like a porn star. Pressures from society, culture and family can be difficult to juggle with your own thoughts and feelings about sex and sexuality. We tend to carry a lot of self-criticism, shame, and low self-esteem, as well as the burdens of challenging life experiences and trauma, all of which can impact our ability to meaningfully and deeply connect in an intimate way.
Sex therapy can help.
Sex therapy can help individuals and couples navigate what’s working and not working in sex, sexuality, intimacy and relationships so that you can enjoy safer, satisfying and pleasurable sexual experiences.
